>I'm visiting Amsterdam at the end of this week. Can anyone suggest record
shops
other than Rush Hour that I should check out? Any good secondhand shops?

Hmm, there's a few good ones. Most of them tucked away though that I would
find hard to describe how to get to.
There's one in Leidesplein virtually opposite Paradiso - I can't remember
it's name, 'Record Empire?' (think thats wrong)
There's one in the Jordaan called 'Distortion' which is pretty OK, depends
what you're looking for, and one called 'Concerto' which is in a district I
don't know the name of, but it's further away from town, past Van Gogh
museum etc. (very helpful!!)

Erm, other than that, there's one called Black Rhythm Records, which is I
thought nr Rotterdam somewhere, which well looks worth a visit, hoping to
get there myself one day.
