Was listening to a Kenny Larkin set on Beta Lounge dated 18/08/2000 at
Optimum SF... always loved Larkin's production but had never came across his
mixes didn't know he's such a skillfull DJ... top track selections and tight
mixing... very similar to Derrick May...
Anyway I need some help with a few track IDs from Larkin's set, see if u
could name it:
- 39:00 - 41:05, this is a tribal track with a bit of strings
- 41:08 - 43:00, this track sounds like a Cosmic ID track but I'm guessing
it's actually one of those early Hardgroove tracks by Tony Dax...
- 1:00:00, First Choice "Dr Love" but what mix is this?
- 1:04:15, Samba track with vocals... nice
- 1:12:00, A tribal-salsa track... Derrick May plays this quite often
It'd be great if someone can name some or all of the above.
