I have a copy of what I always thought was a first edition - as Dan says, white, black writing, Alan Oldham artwork. A-side art is a headless naked woman in fishnets (plus text: 'LIMITED EDTTION!! SERIOUS JACK NOISE'), b-side is a woman in what looks like retro flying gear (bomber jacket and goggles). Run-out groove says 'Archer'...
