LOL! That reminds me of one fundamental difference IMHO in the clubbing experience when you go clubbing to techno - the crowd. How many crowds do you hear cheering when the snares / hi hats / next mix comes in? :) I've only experienced that at techno nights. D+B nights have something similar with rewind requests etc but it feels much more genuine to me at a techno night...
