Hi again, Been out and about a bit this last week :-)
Has anyone checked out 42 Kingsland Road?? There's a new venue there with no name, it's a really weird setup with a couple of arches, a few bars (staffed by what looks like Hackney's finest - massive gold earrings ahoy!!) and some very basic seating - it looks like an old, well, I'm not sure but I heard it used to be a brothel!! There's definitely something not quite legal about it, but isn't that the point?? :-) The party I went to on Saturday was called 'Bloodvibes', apparently they do these house music parties from time to time, anybody been to one? Was anyone at this party on Saturday? There was a real party atmosphere and the DJs played 'The Floor' by CC (wahey!) and 'Hi-Tech Jazz (Live Version)' by UR (double wahey!!) - it rocked. (This post is now on-topic.) It's definitely a cool little venue and it's pretty 'in' right now, so there's gonna be some good nights in the near future. Keep an eye out London 313ers....
