the track with the woman talking about getting wooped could be the Josh Wink "Track 9" so-called bootleg single (it's on Ovum). It uses a sample that has been used tons of times over _ can't remember the name of the lady who is talking but a mate of mine knows and I'll try to find out from him. Track 9 has basically her voice and some filtered synth coming on strong between her vocal bits and then fading back when she's doing her do. If it's not this track I know it's the same woman doing the v.o. - she's really raw and has been sampled for loads of stuff either in a complete form or just for her "whoop!"
