I should explain this a little, there's a local nightclub that is just a little outside of town, it the worst kind of club you can think of, wall to wall Sharon's and Ken's - meat factory and full of beer monsters.
They run a bus to get people to come to the club which is famously know as the VengaBus, it would be funny if it wasn't real...
