VeloNews (a cycling site) has coverage of the Tour de France,
with a pictures gallery of shots of the Tour and along the roadside.
Although both were heavily disguised, they managed to get a shot of
Ralf und Florian watching the Tour by the roadside:

In other Tour news, a character from the 1982 Disney movie "Tron" apparently
mistook an innocent bicycle that was passing by for his Tron-cycle and tried
to wrestle it to the ground:
