weird....these guys are so blatantly imitating kdj and the 3 chairs...
teo's "boogymann" is 2 letters away from moodymann, and his bio on this
site...sheesh! say what?even the photo is colored the same as silent
introduction..
also in the "other labels" section, an album featuring a remix by "andre" --
they stole the nice cursive "andres" off the kdj record and dropped the
"s"...come on!!
the music is pretty good but i'm annoyed ...besides the whole ripping-off of
style and concept etc, i assume teo is white and he's got songs named things
like "black panthers" "n*ggers" "da blackman" "soulmusicblackmusic" etc
etc...it's reminiscent of that other guy whose name i'm forgetting who
adopted a black-sounding name on purpose....too much stupid posturing...too
blatant..
well speaking of kdj/3-chairs style stuff, 77 productions' "the numbers
game" on optional extras has a few nice cuts...a friend just picked it up
from clone..
