Get the train to Zandvoort at Amsterdam Central...might be a quick connection otherwise change trains in Haarlem (just ask at the station), once in Zandvoort head to the beachfront, it's where al the beachclubs are...dunno which one is Tijn Akersloot but just follow the crowds and you will be fine!
