wow, there's a lot to look over and read there. hope all that planning and
construction results in positive outcomes.

one thing I've always been fascinated by is architectural concept drawings
and their lack of inclusion of transient/homeless people - everyone is
always going somewhere and usually dressed quite cleanly. I know it's all
for business but once I'd like to see one that represented how that same
picture would pan out in real life - people loitering in groups by the bus
stops, someone sitting in the corner of a building asking for money,
someone sleeping on a bench, a cop giving a parking ticket, etc.
Life is always so pleasant in those drawings.
