I'm envisaging putting > in a cd which plays on my cd deck at home, the phono out goes to the mixer, > the mixer has a record out which can go to md or computer - if it plays it > can be copied. How does any copy protect stop me? (I'm assuming it will only > work on pcs?) > you dont even have to use a mixer, mind yea i used a mac. for the radio show i used to have to copy cd's to my computer all the time. i wanted to play a radiohead track so i barrowed the cd from the station. i tried to copy the cd to mp3 for me. would not work because one of the ways i import cd to the program i use (pro tools) is to import a wav file. so i was screwed there, so i decided to bus the internal cd player to the record bus in the program and it totally copied it my computer and i was able to use the song. the end. so as long as i can hear the music, it can be copied. not that i endorse that.
