I just came back from CR a few months ago and got a brief look at the
music scene. I would say the electronic music scene revolved mostly around
trance and psych trance, but no techno as far as I could tell.
They're very much into ragga and panamanian reggae like El Rookie,
Dangerman, Dario, etc. If you want to check that scene out, the best
places I could find it was on the beaches of Cahuita, Peurto Limon and
Puerto Viejo. This was just my experience...
