by your argument- if the people who buy his records buy them to play them
out, then they are making $$$ off of his records, so should rightfully pay
more. Kinda the same when telephone rates are higher during the day
because it's businesses making the calls.

the fact that the djs don't make as much money as jeff is utterly
irrelevant. i don't think that there are too many privately owned stores
that make as much money as the p hone company.

having said all that, i don't think anyone on this list is unaware of the
fact that im quite critical of mr. mills. my main problem ultimately stems
from the fact that he seems to live in an egotistical bubble that manifest
itself in everything from distorting a club system to overcharging for a
record.

But as i read this thread- I'm honestly starting to feel that my
frustration shouldn't be directed at Jeff, but rather at the sheep who
continue to worship at his feet, regardless of how poorly he treats them.

What really messes with my head are the people who talk about Axis as an
entity separate from Jeff himself, as if there's some shady management
character taking their money without jeffs approval...

wait, nobody's taking anything. people just give their money. We live in a
capitalist society where everyone has the choice on what to buy and not to
buy. Axis is not a pharmacutical company. Nor do they sell milk, tampons
or other essentials. If anyone cries abot their vinyl 'addiction', prepare
for the proverbial smackdown of a lifetime. =P

you don't like it? don't buy it? you want it? then cough up the cash.

you wanna call jeff out on being a hypocrit for making asinine statements
on the back of his records (HE ALWAYS MAKES ASININ STATEMENTS ON THE BACK
OF HIS RECORDS!), just ask yourself... Jeff Mills is playing at Lost and
the price is $40. Your brother's friends who gave you a really good mix
tape a few months back is playing at a local pup for $5 on the same night.

Where are you gonna go????

Jeff...I forgive you, you playa!!!! Get paid my man!!!!!
