I would disagree, the mastering/pressing is pretty great for a 7" ! Regardless, it's great to see these get reissued. WHUT is the jam!!! Those tracks are brilliant, I remember when that little record dropped (or eeked out was more like it), definitely some unique sounds and certainly fresh considering the deluge of toilet fodder that was flooding the US 'techno' market 5 years ago. OKay that's a huge generalization but... it pierced through the tired din of samey-ness.
