There are actually 3 BMB records out. The first one got released on
Downwards (Lino 29) in 2001 and includes Surgeon - Death Before Surrender
which is a pretty essential tune :)

Learn Your Lesson is the first and best BMB record, but their second is
called Don't Give Way To Fear.
As for Regis, he's done tonnes of records for Downwards - the Gymnastics
album is good - haven't heard an awful lot of his though.
