(313) Bi-Wire Records catalog suspended?

I've been browsing the Bi-wire website and it appears that their entire
catalog is either out-of-stock or, as it states, "catalog suspended".

anyone know what's going on there?
Are they updating the website/catalog or did Bi-Wire fold?
