I had my doubts about the whole DVD thing at previous Losts, but now I
think it's a good idea.
On Saturday he did build the anticipation by appearing on screen before he
appeared behind the decks.
I also quite enjoyed the Random Noise Generation segment in the club (even
though I didn't think much of it when I watched the DVD?!)
I think Mills can take this further by recording new, unseen segments of
him mixing in the studio & then using them in clubs. If he doesn't vary
what the audience sees then it would become boring / predictable. He could
also get other guests to record segments, & then he could have whoever he
liked appearing as a guest during his mix.
It gives him more options & I can see him developing the whole idea
further.
