The point is that if you don´t use a sequencer this is not good or bad. It´s not like fruit where no pesticides is good. It kinda feels like a "look mum I can really play" statement.
And besides that, its always pretty easy to feel good about not doing something, but a lot harder to do something and feel good about it.
