Well, perhaps someone at Astralwerks would know the best way to reach them, as 
they are the US distributor, right?

Maybe it would help if each person who sent a letter also included a desperate 
looking photo of themselves kneeling down, begging, holding a sign that says 
"Please!" or the German equivalent expression.
