arthur russel is brilliant. i picked up a recent repress of
his "24 24 Music" LP on sleeping bag that has the original mix of
go bang and a bunch of other disco-ish and not so discoish tunes.
that soul jazz comp is essential though, even if its just for "in
the light of the miracle" which is one of the most beautiful dance
songs ever.
