This is a helpful tool to use when the odd site comes through that's not in a language you speak:
http://www.google.com/language_tools It can translate web sites if you enter the URL, or you can enter in a block of text for translation. There are many language-to-language translation combinations. Doesn't translate precisely, but well enough so you can clearly understand what the site or article is saying.
