Funny, i was just wondering how many of the old list members are still
on here, I know that the first 3 subscribers are Morgan Geist, Hans
Veneman and Dave Walker. I know that Hans isn't sunscribed anymore I
haven't seen Morgan and Dave on here for ages to so I doubt if they are
still here.
And for a serious [313] trip down on memory lane, take a look at the
pictures of the first [313] at Science in Detroit:

Just wondering now what happened to people like Fixer, Steve Lammers,
Dustin Hamilton, Nate Deyonker, Mike Taylor etc. I know I forgot
numerous names here but just some names that popped up after looking at
the pictures :)
God, what a fun time that was ... (even though it froze my Angelino
arse beyond belief)
Anyway ... "I'm not Fixer, but I play him on 313 ... "
Fixer's in Cork, Ireland these days. Playing on an American Football
team and doing who-knows what else. He was supposed to come over for
an American tour (LA, Detroit) last month but it fell through ... you
can find him on Orkut(.COM), he's in my friends list among others ...
(Dave Walker's also on there, he's in my list as well as Fixer's)
A trimmed-down Steven Lammers popped up on Friendster recently ...
his name is "Hew-Lit" there. He's on my Friendster friends list too ...

On the "Brood X" tip ... I saw these giant Cicadas in southern Borneo
(Kalimantan - Indonesian part) back in January 2002. In this tiny
airport in Pangkalan Bun I saw a bunch of 'em lying around just outside
the waiting area. They were HUGE!!! But what cracked me up was when
one of 'em got inside by mistake ... this Bornean guy walked over to
it, trapped it against the glass and picked it up ... and it SCREAMED!
(About as blood-curdling a scream as a Cicada can muster, I reckon)
Wish I'd taken a picture of the (not-so-)little buggers ...
