speaking of weather report and other bitches brew era stuff, i
love the mahavishnu orchestra. maybe a little rock-ish, but
awesome nonetheless. also, jaco pastorius's self titled solo LP is
a great jazz record, really funky odd bass driven stuff. highly
recommended.
