I guess you call it Rhyming Slang, although much of it only works in a
southern accent, some types of rhyming slang can work in a northern accent
too.

Southern:

Tin Barth is how it's pronounced.
e.g. you say laugh more sort of like larf.

Northern:

Tin Bath is pronounced almost Tin Bafff.
and laugh is pronounced almost Laff.
