Even if they dont have the songs available at the
moment surely if they have a database of wants lists
from people there is an opportunity to put a certain
track/artist/label online for a short period and
notify those who are waiting for it. Let them download
it and then take it off before the artist/label knows
anything.

I would register an interest in your own stuff just to
make sure this doesnt happen.
