on the subject of live humans accessing the sites, would it be at all effective to, say, put an entry screen before you're admitted to the tracklisting section that says something to the effect of, " by accessing this portion of our site, you agree not to hold emotion electric or it's affiliates responsible for the content of the individual tracklists and you do not represent in any way the riaa or any subsidiaries/affiliates thereof."? that was my best impression of a legal disclaimer and I'm sure it would be worded differently, but you get the idea. could anyone with more knowledge of law tell if this would be completely useless or what? just a thought, as the more I think about it, even if it was bots that got EE the first time around, there will probably be more than a few human visits should they get back up. anyone?
