Hmm I can see real problems with estimating the value of the missing work -

customer "I'm telling you man it was a masterpiece!  I've lost millions now
the cornerstone of my career has gone"

insurer "no we reckon you were gonna get 50 knock backs from labels, press
it up yourself and then get knocked back by distributors.  So you owe us
£500 for the money we've saved you."
