Yes that was my experience also when I when went there on my only visit to date to North America some years ago - Heather Hart was very helpful and took time out to chat, sending me off with the gift of a Sonic Groove T-shirt I wore until it faded from black to grey. Funny how there seem to be directly opposite experiences here - probably nothing more than the mood you catch people in!
