I have most of the Ugly Edits, some i bought in a rush and others really thought about, they're certainly not ALL knockouts but the better ones do have their moments (the Jill Scott one is probably still my favorite). But as for sound quality, boots or no boots, i think the sound quality on most of them is fair to poor... they're not "mastered" as such... sounds quiet, muffled, sorta muddy... they're edits so you have to forgive that a little, but I mean it's not like any of them have *that* great of sound quality to begin with...
