Hi. I bought a IAudio M3 (40gig version). It boasts with the playing time and seems like a really nice piece of work. I've had it only for couple of weeks but I'm convinced that this rocks :-) The main unit is the size of a pack of cigarettes and it doesn't contain any screen. The only screen is in the remote control.
I haven't recorded any sets yet but I'm planning on recording couple of sets in the future so stay tuned. Only drawback that I can see is that it doesn't record to wav, only to mp3 (320kbs being the highest rate).
