1. I object to the term "electrohouse"
It's yet another term made up by people for records which should
really be called techno records because they like the records but (OF
COURSE) they don't like techno so those records can't be techno,
they're not
techno, techno's rubbish, those records are electrohouse / nu-jazz /
tech-house / electronica / clickhouse / disco (possibly the most
puzzling
reclassification of all) / leftbrain-rightbraintechwizzsplutter
records.
francis, i completely agree. i mean what is detroit techno (of the
derrick may variety, say) if not electrohouse :).
ok, it's a point that's made every 3 months on here, but one that we
need reminding of nonetheless.
i blame record shop staff meself (and as all the ones i know who'll
read this lurk then i'll only get grief for this when i go in :), d*mn
