I like this list the way it is, all the different flavours that tip their
collective hat to the D. I really enjoy posts from people like Ken, Matt,
Dan, Greg, Alex, Rob and Brendan etc. just because they all listen to stuff
I mostly wouldn't ever listen to, so when I see a mail with them raving
about something, I nearly always try and check it out, I still don't own a
Theo record mind :) But some of it does sink in, so even tho things go off
topic, I think it would be a sad day indeed if all we talked about was music
that came from 313 - that isn't the point and is far too narrow for anyone
involved in techno.
There's some great knowledge on this list and although we do go off topic
and lark around (I'm as guilty as anyone), lets not all jump down each
others throats, it doesn't matter what other people/media call it, that's
just surface...we call it techno
