Subject: (313) Online ordering disaster (OT?)

This is a warning.

A while ago I ordered records from Sandbox
Automatic.(an online store) Though they specialize in
hip hop, they also sneak in some techno/IDM among
their inventory.

I ordered records from them for a party I played
records at. I ordered specific records I knew the
guests would like in enough time that I thought I
would get them. (Ive ordered from them before and got
my records in a weeks time)

A week and a half passes (along with said party) and
no word from sandbox...not even a confirmation of my
order from them.(though my bank statement says they
charged me) I put in a personal inquiry and get told
that 2 records have been out of stock but 'hopefully
they'll be getting a shipment soon'.

Short of Long: They were quick to charge me the
money, took their time telling me they didn't have the
merchandise and now their 'orders' person is telling
me I'm in the wrong for being disappointed in their
business practices-funny..I always thought the
customer was right?

Don't order from Sandbox Automatic.
