None of these items are particularly easy to find. A copy of the 2x12" LP *with* the complimentary 7" single which was originally included, must be all but impossible. The cd would appear to be the most likely option so I'll look out for that, especially given my new-found penchant for digitally dubbing things on to MD and marvelling at the clarity of the mix-downs ...
