(313) A Taste of Chicago

Hi list,

i recently stumbled on the 4 track ep called A Taste of Chicago on the 
D'lectable label from Chicago (http://www.discogs.com/release/305004).

Discogs says it is from 2004 and the tracks do in fact very modern, minimal 
"clickhouse" if I may dare....are these in fact new (ie: last year's) tracks 
?
