Well, there are Institutes of Chemical Engineering. However, they usually
have attached to their name a specific country, university, etc. So saying
it came from the IoCE is like saying it came from the Office of Economic
Development. It's just far too vague to be believable. Problem is, it's
given people another reason to argue over digital vs analog b.s.

there was a thread on g-tech about that. someone's who's a chemical
engineer posted that he's never heard of organization before that press
release.
