ok, the reason i suspected it was different people is that the
Surveillance stuff sounded more electronic (it was a passing listen
though i don't own any).

according to omar it was by the dfa guy that also did 'Microstructural
Characterization'
he got the 'november sky' directly from him, so..
that first dfa 'Microstructural Characterization' sounded
to me, a lot like detroit escalator co. when i first heard it.
