like if you listen to the first minute or two, all the DNA of the funk of the track is right there. the little disco/funky guitar with a little delay on it, then the horn blasts, just soaked in more reverb would be so great... like kind of a studio one dub kind of feell. then bring in the big round bassline... oh yeah, add some claps.. maybe a little 808 cowbell on the 16's so you can give yourself an 'additional production' credit, hehh
