Recloose. He lives in your neck of the woods.

ta ' indeed . heck he's almost a local in fact

I would expect that he will make it to the billing as per.

We are looking really for some distinct internationals, the
program is over 48 hours, so we are seeking to feature several
  headline performances.

Artists like Recloose would certainly draw the stage, but I'm
looking for the jaw dropper ' performance .

  Does it exist ?!

The whole Festival is not Techno, so the Act can stand alone
in its sonic capacity. However it would be nice to find an Act
that can define the scale of the moment.

We are trying to stay away from Dj performances ' and present
stage performances. I realize Techno is not rock n roll ..

However acts like Underworld, and the Chems were able to match
their performance next to biggest bands in the world by using
simple and effective video and lighting production.

Further to this Rabbit in the Moon developed a '12 act full
costume stage show that peels your cap of in the right mood.

The concept of the Orb appearing live through ISDN is fairly
cool ' as well. In this dimension you are starting to create
a reality that extends conventional performance into another
  level of experience.

In NZ acts like Pitch Black are producing, fully sound & vision
integrated performances, that they present in small clubs.

They can translate this to a large crowd and integrate midi
triggering for lighting cues as well.

This progression in production control is the level of act
that we wish to present. Strip the production away, and we
are looking for pure presence, the star quality of performance.

Other NZ bands like Fat Freddy's Drop, Shapeshifter, Salmonella Dub
are all producing a stage show that incorporates specific vision,
lighting and sound concepts beyond standard rock n roll.

While this may not be important to all artists it is an integral
part of what we intend to present at the Festival.

Where is the KLF when you need them?
