it's a live tape of Bambaataa cutting up and juggling breaks from '83. It's rough as f*ck in terms of both production (typical cruddy Paul Winley pressing) and skills, but it has mad energy and can lay a pretty strong claim to being the blueprint for b-boy mixtapes.

The actual tracklisting is the stuff of legend. A lot of the breaks have now been dug up and identified (e.g. Jackson Sisters), but for ages a lot of people were scratching their heads about this one.

It was also the inspiration for Q-Bert's Camel Bobsled Race (his beat juggle and cut up of DJ Shadow tracks) which is frankly mind boggling.
