That is an interview from the dutch radio DJ Robin Albers (Who made the legendary Plastic Dreams on R&S) with the belgian techno guru Joost de Lijser. Mr. Albers just made a fool out of his self by asking the questions he did. The Proteus Generation is Max 404 from eevolute fame btw.
