(313) Planet-E Bootlegs?

Have the very same bootleggers also repressed the classic 'intergalactic
beats' album on Planet-E?  Or is that an official Planet-E release?  It is
available on the HTFR site but I have not seen it anywhere else yet.  I have
acquired a copy and it looks suspect!  I am aware that the CD has been
officially reissued.
