actually i thought that the latest cobblestone jazz was quite good to be honest. side A sounded like it was a carl craig tribute and side B was a perfect techno/jazz fusion like i havent heard in a while (mind you, not that i have heard that many to begin with....) all in all enjoyable, and im still digging it after a month, which is somewhat rare these days (ie: omar s)

which ones? i just listened to those wagon repair joints and the
gemini 12" online and i wasnt impressed with any of them. did
anyone else find that last cobblestone jazz 12" to be complete
garbage? i feel like he's not stretching his sound enough right
now. that gemini reminded me of the "loveletter to your enemy"
track way too much.
