313 List bounces a number of things:

1. The 7 words you can't say on (American) television. This isn't
prudery, but rather, is
meant to protect people who read 313 at work -- some companies scan
incoming e-mail for
pithy Anglo-Saxon expressions of this sort, assuming that they aren't
a normal part of business communications. Ha!

2. Multipart Mime Messages/HTML  E-mail. Text-only is the rule. 
Theoretically ezmlm
can filter the HTML out of a messages and just post the text part, but
so far this hasn't
been implemented.

3. EBay URLs get bounced.  

Those are the filters I know about. There may well be more.
