This is getting way to complicated.

The four track ep that you linked is from 1996 and doesn't look like a
bootleg. It even says published by Deep Space Music. I think that Clear
was also repressed a couple of years back. It has Alleys of Your Mind on
it and also Cosmic Cars. The version of Cosmic Cars is the one from the
blue-labelled Fantasy release from 1988 (which is different from the
original brown label release of 1982):
