seems its been the same in every city ive been the last two years...
just becasue the techno issued these days does not sell as much as before
lets not balme mp3 downloading, ive been listening as many records as
before in shops and i buy like one third of what i used to buy around
2000/2001 and i do not download anything ...
about nyc benn there only a few times but i found sonic groove was
areally good place with quality records and nice people. rip

One more thing...Satellite here in NYC was looking like it was going to close.
I stopped in a few days ago and there is a new dj supply partner in the space(
can't remember the name). The record stock seemed really thin and there wasn't
many shopping in the store. I remember it used to be crowded pretty much all
the time. Seems much more house oriented now, much like the old Eightball shop.
Buying techno in NYC is really a challenge now sad to say.
