found a few words about the dublin show on little detroit. sounds ace. cant
wait to see it.

"although undoubtedly the wrong forum, i just wanted to follow up last
night's UR gig in Dublin's fair city and say that what a superb time was
had!!
the boys were on form (albeit with a few minor technical hitches) - rocked
their way through a number of the usual suspects - amazon, moon horsemen,
hi tech jazz, jaguar, birth of 3000, etc etc etc - excllent stuff fo' sho.
soul power was the highlight for me. amazing live performance - pity the
crowd seemed a bit 'spectator' rather than 'participatory'. and whoever was
looking after the visuals needs a slap. a hard slap.
from a live 'band' - would loved to have seen some more individual
showcasing though - maybe more soloist drumming, S2 cutting up the tables,
Mad Mike tinkering the ivories and the big fella on the bass (who enjoyed
himself?).
anyhow - big props to DEAF, D1, Sean who accompanied on sax towards the end
(nice!), and the UR crew...
@ anyone considering catching them on this current tour - unmissable!!
that's just my 2p worth.
d. "
