so, i guess the new term for broken beat which i've noticed as being the
dominant term since i first heard of the 'west london' sound is suppose to
be nuwave?!
and what about all the latest post punk, no wave, etc. stuff - isn't this
term nuwave just a bit too close to that. all the metrosexual fashionistas
might get into a bit of a snit when they go looking for the latest
Tiga/DFA/etc. and find all these jazzy, hip hop, D&B inspired grooves
instead. sometimes i have a tough time keeping up with all these genre
names
you know...
