Cratesaver Muzik: The Continuance of Detroit's Electronic Legacy.
SCAN 7 and Posatronix have joined forces to create Cratesavers Muzik.
Together with a vision of preservation, they seek to keep the movement
of the electronic music culture strong, true, and independent. Move
into the future, realize the present & don’t forget about the history.
How Cratesavers came to be:
The idea behind Cratesavers Muzik is the preservation of vinyl records.

2004 Trackmasta Lou & Posatronix - longtime acquaintances decided to
embark on Cratesavers Muzik as a group collaboration. It was in their
best interest to pool their resources together to make the big push.
With over 30 combined years of experience making records and working in
the industry, they've witnessed first hand what works and what doesn't
work. This experience is the reason they have decided to try their
hand at the business end of the music.
Cratesavers Muzik embodies common sense and family values along with
the preservation of the craft. The label is open to all types/genres of
music submissions. Trackmasta Lou & Posatronix have their roots
strongly planted in various types of electronic music. In order to be
a part of the label, artists have to be able to perform live/analog to
be a part of the label.
Website Information:

He is very passionate about the Cratesavers ideals.
Trackmasta Lou & Posatronix met Arthur Oskan at the Fuse-In Festival in
Detroit in 2005. Arthur who is from Toronto, was booked to play at a
Fuse-In after party that was subsequently cancelled. They went to hang
out with him in his hotel room to check out his music. After the
festival, Trackmasta Lou & Posatronix took a trip up to Toronto to
check out Arthur's studio. They feel that Arthur’s work captures the
